Payment
Are there any extra fees that I will have to pay on top of the listed price?
No, we do not charge any extra fees or fuel surcharges. The listed price is the price you pay. Including tax.
Should I print a receipt to show the tour guide?
It is not required because we understand that you may not have a printer handy when you're travelling so it is not necessary to have a printed copy. However, we require that you show ID upon your reservation and also the order that is immediately emailed to you after you make your reservation.
How much does it cost to do a private tour?
Please contact us to get the latest information on your desired trip. Private tours are listed with the price on the website.
What if I cancel the tour and how can I cancel the tour?
You can cancel the tour up to 24h prior to the tour and get 100% refund. To cancel the tour you don't need any reason, you can send us an email and within the day get a full refund.
Reservation
What about pickup / drop off?
When going through the booking process, you will provide us the pickup address. Once the booking is processed, you have nothing else to do except waiting the tour guide on the d-day at the departure time. You will receive all details on the confirmation email.
Can I change / modify my booking (example departure time OR pickup location)?
Yes. We offer fully private and customizable tours, which means we can change your departure time based on our availability at no extra cost. While we can pick you up and drop you off at the same location, if the tour ends in a different city or destination, we can drop you off there. However, we cannot drive you further away to another drop-off location. If you require this service, please contact us, and we can potentially arrange it for an extra cost. Please note that pickups outside of Nice and Villefranche come with additional costs.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
You must call at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled tour for a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of your tour, or if you decide not to show up.
Do I have to make a reservation or can I just show up?
Yes. We work strictly with reservations, so you need to make a reservation before joining our tours. Once you make a reservation, you will receive an email confirmation, which confirms your booking. Reservations help us determine the number of guides we need and allow us to notify you of any changes to the tour due to weather or other factors that could affect the tours.

What should I wear?
Wear whatever is comfortable, matching with the weather of the d-day.
What do I need to bring?
Not much, remember our trips are all-inclusive. We do suggest you bring appropriate clothing to fit the season and if you are looking to go in the Casino of Monte Carlo, please be aware that you need to be dressed, ID and 17€ entrance fees.
Weather
Are we going hiking even though it’s raining and windy?
We do walk in the rain and wind and any other weather conditions that nature decides to throw at us. After all, we’re going on adventures! If the weather is unsafe for any reason, the trip will be changed or postponed. You might / will be notified the week of your trip if there are changes due to weather. But, being on the French Riviera, is quite safe. Weather is most of the time safe and soft.
